convenient location and great amenities
clean hotel free refill central location
the hotel was clean. i loved the complimentary water in a keepsake bottle, refills were free. they also provided complimentary coffee . the location was right in the heart of the city, easy for accessing many points of interest.
The hotel billing system was a bit confusing. It took some time to sort out the charges. i had to make a few calls to clarify everything.

the hotel is within easy walking distance of times square. broadway shows are also easily accessible from this location. several food and grocery options are nearby, very convenient for any traveler.

mixed experience in the city
smaller room poor etiquette
the room turned out smaller than expected. a longer stay would be difficult, because there were small spaces. the staff attitude felt off and some employees did not seem to have customer service skills. i noticed some management wearing pineapple shoes, however even they did not greet guests.

Charming Stay with Thoughtful Touches
comfortable bedding free coffee water bar quiet room
My room on the 22nd floor faced away from the street. This meant it was quiet for city standards. The bedding was comfortable on the bed. I appreciated the free coffee and water bar in the lobby.
The room was a bit small. It was manageable for a short stay. More space would have been beneficial.

The hotel has an amazing location that is very quiet. It is close to Penn Station and within walking distance to Times Square. Hudson Yards and the Empire State Building are also nearby.

adequate, but not really good
limited space insufficient water pressure
The location was acceptable. It was close to several attractions.
The room felt cramped. Moving around was difficult with limited space between the bed and the wall unit. the water pressure in the shower was insufficient and fluctuating water temperatures made showering uncomfortable. additionally, the robes provided had visible hair strands, preventing me from using them.
